    no pic on mag 254

    Just replaced my mag 254 (I was thinking it got fried in a storm) and got the new one in today...set it up...blue light steady...but no pic (TV says no signal)...I read the sticky about resetting but no go...any ideas? (BTW I tried another hdmi cord and another outlet)

    Might be a dumb question...does anyone else have trouble getting the East Coast HBO to load up? USing a MAG...the West coast feed loads fine
