unable to get new donation to work with kokaleka. When trying to set up user name and passoword, keep getting the messege "your account is invalid or expired" Have tried both upper and lower case letters.

using perfect player on firestick ( rocket ) along with kens epg. While some channels populate on the epg, many do not. Approx. 25-30 per cent of channels populate. The epg works fine on my android box with perfect player. Anyone else having similar issues with perfect player on firestick? tks.

Avov box won't turn on. Confirmed it's not the power cord. Tried the reset button at back with paper clip without success. It did not feel like the paper clip was resetting anything. Just wondering if it would be worth opening up the box to have a look. Any suggestions? tks.

Getting messege "Your box is blocked by the server, please contact service provider. Box was working fine until it was turned off ,then back on. Contacted iks66 site who reset IPTV, confirmed internet ok, re-booted box, donation is still good, still not working.
