    How do I check to see if my IP is blocking my unit. I have 3 services and they all act the same way. One is 66 and 2 are rocket they load up I get a guide I select a channel and they are blank no pic and no sound. I have a 4th service that works. It has been this way since around xmas. Thanks

    Mine just quit it will load the guide but when I call on a channel it is blank no pic no sound. The other portal works just fine. I even switched mags and the same thing. I had to change out my modem but it is picking up the mag so I don't think that is it unless it is the service. I even took...
