    Rocket No service?

    Have been down for going on 5 days now. Have reset my MAC address, router and modem. I connect to the server as VOD menu loads but NOTHING will play and TV will not load channels. If there is something wrong please just tell us.

    How do we get our order number from 3 years ago??? Do not have anything that states order number on it. Now I can't access the Status Checker without it to RE-SET my IPTV.

    How do we get our order number from 3 years ago??? My donation number is 3 years old and I DO NOT have anything that says Order Number on it? This is for IKSRockets.
