not a real technical person but are there separate servers that are specifically assigned to certain types of operating systems? could that be where our troubles lie?

just something that i observed through testing: all of the channels work perfectly on IPTV stalker-rip when i use it on my windows 7 OS laptop via kodi. However, when i use the same addon on my firestick i get constant freezing on the USA channels. Can't seem to figure out why that is?
