i copied my setup, which is across 5 different devices ( not all used at same time) and they all work, amazon sticks/boxes. But with the SAME setup, the channel loads for a second, will freeze/buffer immediately, then audio continues while picture is frozen... again, this ONLY happens on this...

Never mind restarted my modem and router and all is well

I'm using kodi and both my boxes are down... Makes no sense... I'm going to start from scratch. Is there a step-by-step guy that has been updated that I can follow?
