That has been the standard answers for a few years now. I switched to another provider a couple years ago and it was night and day improvement. I check back here to see if anything improved just in case when renew time comes. Nothing new, same lame excuses.

I must be very ignorant then, I never realized anyone could improve their ISP's performance ! (unless you were employed in the ISP's technical area) gave you month to think about this

Never ceases to amaze me how many reports of freezing are made AND how it never fails that about the only reports of great service always come from moderators. One only has to browse through the posts to see this. As for the quality of the ISP, well, there must be mostly horrible ISP's out...

I was running fine on 1. UNTIL I rebooted, then I got the new splash screen about the free trial being over. I changed to 11. and am back working fine. If you reboot you will have to do the same no doubt.

Lot of reports of VOD tab missing, me included.

If you just registered the mac, you might have to wait a while. Also, a reboot is necessary.

I registered mac with rocket. (its a older rocket donation) The 11.iptvprivateserver portal address is working just fine here right now. I figure if it isn't broke, then don't fix it LOL

Ah Ha ! That explains it ! Different receiver. Things are changing rapidly right now. I am sure the VOD will work on the Mag254 soon. The GOOD news is that there appears to be NO freezing at all anymore, hopefully that stays that way.

I have a rocket donation and can confirm that 11.iptvprivate works nicely right now. (had to change from the 1. address, that quit working in just the last half hour)

Mag254, I have tv and account shows mac address and rocket tariff BUT the tab for videoclub is totally gone, I just rebooted and its the same. Things are changing by the minute, so I am not going to worry about VOD just yet.

You and everyone, video club disappeared with the switch to private. I would guess that it is one step at a time, video club will return in time.

That means you were successfull in linking your mac. IF you just did it today, that information MIGHT only be updated daily (or similar) to the actual server user database. IF you did it more than a day ago, then scratch my comments.
