    Try shutting off the power to the box for 20 seconds. I have done that with the channels problem and it works for me. Good luck.

    There are two MACS have tried both and they both produce the same result, full yellow bar but no connection. Now I have no service at all can't connect after trying a different donation # so my system says now "no signal" so both the fuse box and the avov 4 box will no longer connect.

    Had help, from a MOD but still unable to find a way to connect to TV ONLINE on the new AVOV 4. All else is working the apps etc..but no luck with LIVE TV. Full yellow bar, but no little light above the yellow bar will turn on. Have tried for over two weeks, without success. Have correct MAC...

    Yup freezing here too, every channel about every 25 seconds. Was down most of the day..not reliable service so far. Any ideas to correct it. I'm almost afraid to shut the box off again, did that this morning, lost live TV online most of the day.
