Some channels do work flawlessly. Absolutely. But, others are consistently bad. Considerable freezing, shadowing, and stalling...its been pretty bad. The same channels both HD And SD behave the same. And the performance problems don't seem to move around either. They seem to stick to the same...

Service is horrible and has been for weeks without any sign of improvement. Please focus power and get the issue worked out already.

Ok.... Update. Significant back and forth with Papiao support staff. I will tell you that they communicated with me every single day. Sometimes twice a day. It was a bit difficult to finally get the issue resolved, but they did it. Donation is working and I am appreciative of their support...

Yep. Blank. The drop down (combo box) is there, but it's empty too.

So who fixes that? Is that something that a mod can escalate or do for me? I can't do anything from my end.

Just to clarify. This is not an issue with configuring the MAG stb... It's an issue within the management portal at Papiao.tv. The edit donation pop up will not allow for defining the IPTV portal. I know it's 11.iptvrocket.tv. It is not defined on the rocket itself and the management portal will...

So I renewed an IPTV+Free IKS donation that has been working fine, but now there is no IPTV portal defined and it tells me there are "no options" when I try to edit it. This is at Papiao.tv managing the donation. Please advise. Thank you.

If there is no image, then complete these next steps: Unplug the STB -Press and hold “Menu” button on RC (direct your RC to STB) -Plug in the STB while holding the “Menu” button -Hold the “Menu” button for 10 seconds. Yes... Menu button is 3 dots/3 lines button just above the blue volume button.

Yes... To rockets will enable two MAC addresses (2 IPTV boxes). Doesn't matter where they are, or the IP address accessing them. You can get to 4 boxes on two rockets though. But it would have to be 2 IPTV and 2 IKS. Still, ip addresses are irrelevant.

I'm getting this message while I have added my MAC to a perfectly good...working rocket. Its frustrating as all hell that its just not working. If I try and add the MAC, even with lower case letters in it... they server tells me that the MAC already exists.... I have a MAG254 running...

I will do that... good suggestion.. thank you. BTW... I tried to add my MAC to another rocket that I own.... I tells me that "MAC Address Already Exists" ..... so... the damn thing knows my MAC and still is rejecting my STB.... again... somone must know something that could help... it just...
