Don't worry about opening the file external to your Android box. You'll need to sideload it to your Android box and then System > Settings > Add-ons > Install from zip file > Select the Zip file. The 9.0.21 version isn't available in a repo yet, at least as far as I know. If you're not sure...

For those wondering, IPTV Stalker-Mod 9.0.21 worked right out of the box. Your mileage may vary, but I have a feeling it is a solid fix. It integrates seamlessly with iVue once again, at least at my end.
