Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 I had to change to google DNS recently to fix connection issues

Anyone having weird issues with channels or EPG may want to switch the dns on their device to open dns. An iptv reset never hurts either while your device is off never hurts either. https://use.opendns.com/

They likely use our public IP not your private IP address. Most Internet providers use dynamic addresses so there's a chance things will stop working one day. Why is this even being discussed.. It's the way it is. Do an iptv reset if things stop working.

I'm also watching again! Quick turn around thanks to all involved.

So I was working fine for months on the built in stalker client PVR. I decided to switch to stalker plus + IPTV simple client so I can access VOD. All went well fine (I used the same ID’s I used in the stalker client to avoid doing a IPTV reset) i was up and watching until I got home...

I'm having the same issues after switching from the built in stalker PVR client to the Stalker Plus PVR. Went to do a IPTV reset cause it wasn't working when i came home to see my account inactive.

I had authentication problems also. What helped me is turning off the device and router then do a iptv reset while everything is off. I dunno if it will fix your problems it's just what helped me
