When I enter all my info into the settings, I save it but it is gone when I leave the settings. What am I missing?

Ok. I've changed my Mac number on the site from :79 to :78. If I use STB, everything comes up with a guide. If I press play to watch a channel, I only get black screen. If use magtv app, I input my correct info and press save. When I click Mac number to view the number, it shows the old number...

He said he used that and everything was good. I've read some guys are changing the :79 to :78. I might go on the site and try that see if it does anything.

I've had mag installed on Mygica for some time now. It used to work no problem. I recently went to watch it after not using it for months. I had to update magtv to the newest version. When I added my portal URL and Mac info,I now get an error message saying please contact provider to register...

How do I tell what version I'm running for magtv? I've input portal URL and MAC address. When I exit, I get nothing but black screen. I've seen mention about device ID settings but I don't see that.

I installed magtv and can get into my guide and everything looks good with it showing channel listings and programming. When I click a channel to watch, it goes to a black screen after flashing a bar really fast. If I stay on the black screen long enough, I can see the clock screensaver.
