I must say that after reading this thread it's clear that I'm not alone in my assumptions about the service. While I understand the service isn't perfect, not updating individuals that have paid for subs that don't work consistently is an issue with this provider. This whole I don't care...

From the suggestions of others, and from what I've tried all you need to input on the stalker client is your MAC address and donation number for the username/password. Also, make sure you have the updated URL not sure what that actually is for you since I'm on rocket... Hope that helps
