All the channels are freezing after been on for a couple of minutes. Channel freezing and only hear the audio. I’m using a T95 android tv box with StbEmu app

PPV channels 1 thru 21 not working on some of my donations. On some of the there is no volume and on other ones the screen is just black. Help please

im using the stbEmu but the problem is that i cant log in to the papiao.is page. when i enter all my info it says that my iformation desnt exist or it has expired. but my order is only 3 months old i bought it for a year.
