I don't understand why you would get 18 donations from a reseller? if you have that many boxes to service why not be the reseller? I got 30 donations for family and friends, so smart thing to do is control those donations myself.

Hey Trapper, it also sounds like you shut off your box and when you want to watch tv you are having to connect to server every time. I have 3 boxes; the one that gives me the most issues is the basement box (tvonline). I shut that one off all the time because I'm not in basement more than 2 days...
