Well contrary to reports it is not all back up and running, because I was able to use the new server mentioned in my donation for about an hour on my Avov before the thing packed up again. FFS this is annoying. And the MAG won't work at all, neither will Kodi (yes, I have three donations).

My portal had changed to 1 so I changed it on the Mag; still no joy. :(

Well Papiao lets you enter your credentials, but try and actually change your MAC and it accepts it but doesn't change it. So there's no guarantee that IPTV Reset is doing anything either.

It's expensive at the moment. We're paying for nothing. :D

I don't give a toss about refunds, I just want it fixed. Has been working on firesticks OK for a week or so, but now 504 gateway timeouts. It seems to be one step forward, two steps back all the time.

Is there a process anywhere to request a manual change of MAC address associated with my donation, since the Papiao TV form accepts all my credentials but will not change it.

Keeps prompting for Username/Password even when I've filled in both with Donation number. Either at startup or through Server settings. MAC has been reset and checked. Any ideas?

My TVOnline seems to be on US time. I've tried changing the time zone but it doesn't stick. Nor can I actually change the date/time. I've read on other threads that in April they said they would fix this, but my Avov is apparently on the latest software. Any ideas?
