Tried on my laptop as well, definitely had configurations correct.. no luck, really uncertain of what to do keep getting failed authorization, would like to use the service for the first time.

Thanks ilan, I did exactly this and even waited 20+ minutes to be sure.. Same issue, really not sure what else can be done. Maybe I can try to change my MAC again as well? Nothing seems to be working regarding this authentication.
