1/20/2017 streams are choppy and unreliable. Buffering and issue . How do we troubleshoot these issues (@admins ?) Are there tools or ways to determine if it is our network at home , VPN or iptv servers ?

ok to close this thread - I rebuilt my Pi Kodi from scratch again. Followed the tutorial (again) but this time without a signature, and external epg custom info (per your recommendation to skip it.) It's working ok now. Thank you !

yes, I used : guide - xmltv with the "yahya* " remote url, no token, serial is my order id, device id is my dev name (4 letters), device ID2 - 5 letters, and signature 6 letters. I also tried (just now) appending the order number in device id making it longer than 13 chars.
