its not letting me reset my mac either. They have been having a lot of issues lately. Hope they get it cleared up because I have a sub running and it isnt getting channels anymore

Thanks for your help. I do have "lollipop" and I will try the original stalker client again but that wasnt working so I tried the stalker client nfps and then the emulator.

Even with going to advanced and checking to use the old emu method and then restarting, i still can not find the "send device id". Can you send me a link to the one you installed so I can install the same file/

The dll error is with kodi when trying to load the stalker client nfps. I have not tried to add the stb to other boxes but I will. They are all the same box so i expect the same result. Yes I am a reseller

Correct i have not installed that mac on any other device. This is the mxq and i have had the same dll error on all 4 mxq pro boxes i have. I have only tried to install the stb emulator on 1 of the boxes but expect it to act the same. I had a mxq non-pro that loaded everything perfect.

I just checked the "use the old emu method" and restarted the box. It does the same thing. It isnt failing the authentication, it is acting as if i never clicked on the button after typing in the login and password. It just sits there no matter how many times i push it.

I read that post and did what it says to do and still having the same issue. My issue wasnt on that post however. My STB Emulator loads up to the login screen and no matter how many times I try to log in it acts as if the "ok" button was never pushed. I click it and click it and it does nothing...

So i have tried the STB Emulator and it opens to the authenication screen. I put my donation number as the login and password, it does nothing. No matter how many times I try to submit the login and password, it never seems to do anything

I hadnt thought of that but i checked it and it says 15.2

I have tried with the live tv on and off

even though it didnt install i tried again and got the same error

when trying to install it, it tries and then says app not installed. This is with the Asus file manager. I have unknown sources enabled
