I have an online plus on rocket IPTV...I have read that the avov boxes are no longer supported...does that mean that my box will no longer work in the future?any help would be great ...thanks

turn off box...change your mac address to a fake one on the rocket site(i changed the last 4 digits of mac to make it fake) ..then change it back to your mac address.channels should be back...also I leave my box on all the time.so don't power it off when it starts working again....

I spoke too soon...my box says blocked again...changing mac trick only works temporarily...

I signed up last november and service was less than good.freezing ect.now I get a "box is blocked by server" message.I still have 111 days left on my rocket...enough is enough..this servise sucks and I will not be renuing..good bye..

I started a new post because I am not getting any answers from my old one...my box says"your box is blocked by server"..tried all suggestions and still nothing....can someone tell me whats going on with server?..I have 111 days left on my rocket..
