filters are only needed if you also have tel service with DSL. My dsl provider installs a filter for the first line and every other line after that does not have a filter. If a 2nd tel service is required then yes that also gets a filter.

I would have to agree that all channels can not be freezing all the time. The freezing is anoying, I just got the service and think nfps still has some work to do to get it at an acceptable level. Think it is a bandwidth at nfps issue, two many users watching that channel.

You probably won't get a refund What are you using to watch iptv. Kodi android etc You sure it isn't your Internet bandwith. They probably have a few things to fix to get it to an acceptable level, but I don't have it so I don't know how bad it is
