Does this portal work for any members of iptvtalk.net ?
It doesn't work for me so I am checking if it is me alone with a problem, I wrote info@papiao.is

Same here. I activated one donation and by default the URL is 22.iptvrocket.tv. I changed donation number, reset everything. No matter what I do it gives Authentication ERROR.
Any help or suggestion?
I am also writing to Papiao guys.

newer donations seem to be 22.xxxxxxxxx.tv go to the rocket checker and put in your number - it will give you the correct URL

Check rockets shows the same 22.iptvrocket.tv portal and it does not allow you to change portal.
Check rocket allows you to change dish port, change IPTV MAC address, IPTV reset but does not allow IPTV portal to be switched.
4 days now and nothing has been resolved.
Papiao has been contacted 4 times so I will wait and see and hope for a resolution to this issue.
They asked for info that I provided.

papiao will see the emails but not necessarily sent back an answer. Most times they will just fix the issue.
If you guys are still not getting results, please send me a message with all details and I will expediate the messages to the server administration

'ERROR' on login issue is not fixed for 8 days now! Papiao, please let us know what is going on?
All new active donations on 22........tv portal is a waste of effort.
Please fix this problem, we are hoping for that so much!

funny thing is that if you have 11.iptvrocket.tv has your portal you do have the option to pick 22 but once you change it to 22, you can't go back to 11

Just to test it, I switched a working donation to the 22 through the reseller panel, and it stopped working, and also can't switch back. I'm sure that they are working on this, as people are reporting that issue though info@papiao.is.

Here what I got answer from papiao staff

With the new portal URL you should be able to connect without any problem, if that is not the case then feel free to do an IPTV reset through above form too.

Sorry for the inconveniences and hope you understand that we have been forced to do these changes to improve the service stability and performance.

So... yeah, the 22.iptvrocket.tv url works.
